TERMS OF SALE , WARRANTY AND ORDERING:

  1. Contact is done via email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram messaging. At this time I can only accept orders from within the UK.
  2. When you contact me with a request for a BESPOKE build please provide your email address and please PROVIDE A DRAWING OF WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRING WITH DIMENTIONS. \remember that all items will be built to YOUR MEASUREMENTS.  I will conatact you via the messaging merthod and then all other communication will be done via email. I will contact you asap. I will keep you updated on the progress of the build of your order as much as possible.
  3. When you supply your own measurements and dimentions I acceot NO RESPONSIBILTY for your order not fitting or not what you expected. I work to your own measurements and your measurements alone!
  4. For one-off builds I charge £100 for larger items and £50 for everything else for R&D. This is to cover the cost of product developement and materials used plus my time in the process. This MUST be paid at the point of your acceptance of my undertaking the work. THIS IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
  5. For modding work on equipment I charge £40 per hour plus the cost of materials. Contact me for a quote.
  6.  If no confirmation or payment is received from you (the customer) within 7 days I reserve the right to presume that you no longer require my services and I will cancel your order.
  7. PAYMENT: Payment is made via BANK TRANSFER.  I will provide a reference for the payment. Contact me for details. I don't accept PayPal at this time.

  9. Upon completion of your order I will provide full pictures of it and email them to you (the customer). Once I have received approval. I will invoice you (the customer) via your supplied email including the cost of shipping.  Once payment is received orders are usually shipped within 3 working days. A traking number will be provided. I will only ship to addresses within the UK and ONLY to the address provided. It is the buyer's responsibility to track their order. All orders are sent fully insured and the shipping cost will reflect this.
  10. WARRANTY: All items come with a 1 year warranty. In the unlikely event of a repair is required within that 1 year, an email with an attached picture of the required repair must be sent to info@1032tactical.co.uk. Please include yoour original order number in the email. The customer is responsible for ALL shipping fees (to me AND back). Once the item to be repaired under warrenty is received it will be inspected and only then will it be determined if a repair under warranty will be made. Any approved repairs will be made free of charge. Repairs WILL NOT BE MADE due to misuse, intentional destruction or intentional damage to any part or the whole item. This why I inspect ALL items  and keep photos of each item prior to shipping.
